Welgelegen drop-off reopens after resurfacing 04 April 2022 The Welgelegen drop-off site has reopened after being closed since 12 January 2022 for resurfacing. This proactive maintenance on site was completed at a cost of R1,9 million. Residents can once again drop off three loads of up to 1,5 tonnes of rubble, garage waste, recyclables or garden waste for free every day.
